Our Story

Built Over a Decade

2012

FC Palmeros

The club's origins in the SAFA ABC Motsepe North West league. A foundation built on local talent, passion, and community football.

2016 – 2018

Palmeros Rises

Consecutive top-3 finishes cement the club's reputation as a competitive force. Grassroots excellence begins attracting wider attention.

2018 – 2019

Casric FC Era Begins

The club rebrands to Casric FC and dominates the ABC Motsepe League North West stream, qualifying for the national promotion playoffs.

2022 – 2026

Casric Stars FC

The club earns its place in the Motsepe Foundation Championship and quickly establishes itself as a competitive force. Reached the Nedbank Cup Round of 16 in 2022/23, secured two PSL promotion playoff qualifications (2022/23 and 2024/25), and capped it all with a landmark 2025/26 campaign — the club's greatest cup run yet, reaching the Nedbank Cup Semi-Finals by knocking out PSL Betway Premiership sides Orlando Pirates FC in the last 16 and AmaZulu FC in the quarter-finals.

2026 – Present

Real Native FC

A new identity, a new era. Built on the foundation of a decorated 2025/26 season and 10-plus years of football heritage, the club relaunches as Real Native FC for the 2026/27 Motsepe Foundation Championship — hungrier than ever for promotion to the top flight.

"Create a football brand filled with integrity by creating an enjoyable, safe, and rewarding developmental soccer experience through a sustainable football environment for all to enjoy this journey."

How We Play. How We Grow.

Our Development Philosophy

From the training pitch to the communities we serve, Real Native FC is defined by a clear set of principles that guide our football and our people.

01

Club Development

Building a competitive and well-structured club with a consistent identity. Our first team trains out of our Pretoria base, with home matchdays at Solomon Mahlangu Stadium, and a possession-based style of play that is distinctly our own.

02

Team Development

High moral standards on and off the pitch. Social cohesion, responsibility, and a competitive culture anchored in character, not just talent.

03

Player Development

Technical, tactical, physical, and psychological growth. Producing talent that progresses from our academy to the professional stage — and beyond.

04

Youth Academy

Structured U15, U17, and U19 programmes based at our development academy in Pretoria, providing young South African footballers with a strong technical foundation and a pathway to professional football.

05

Promotion Ambition

Everything we do points toward one goal: automatic promotion to the PSL and establishing Real Native FC as a first-division club that belongs among South Africa's finest.

06

Character & Culture

A family of believers. We build a culture of trust, pride, and belonging that extends from the dressing room to every supporter across the country.

Beyond the Final Whistle

The Club of the People

Real Native FC is more than a football club. With supporters spanning Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Gauteng, and beyond, we are a national club with deep community roots. We exist to make a lasting difference in the lives of the people who make us who we are.

Youth Development & Football Clinics

From local football tournaments to youth clinics across South Africa, we invest in the next generation of talent through structured programmes and school outreach.

Economic Empowerment

Matchdays create opportunity — for local vendors, hospitality businesses, ground staff, and entrepreneurs. We are committed to keeping football's economic impact in the communities around us.

Junior Feeding Scheme

Supporting young players and future supporters through nutrition programmes and charitable initiatives at local orphanages and schools.

Social Cohesion & Inclusion

Sport is one of the most powerful tools for unity. Real Native FC actively uses football to bring communities together, fight social challenges, and inspire positive change.

Vision & Mission

Our Vision

To build Real Native FC into a self-sustaining, top-flight South African football institution that is aspirational, community-rooted, and recognised nationally as a club that stands for something greater than the game itself.

Our Goals for 2026/27

Achieve automatic promotion to the Premier Soccer League. Fully embed the new Real Native FC identity across all club assets. Modernise academy structures for long-term player development. Grow our supporter base nationally while deepening our community impact.

"Create a football brand filled with integrity by creating an enjoyable, safe, and rewarding developmental soccer experience through a sustainable football environment for all to enjoy this journey."
